<p>On my second attempt to login to my CommonApp account, I got this notification:</p>
<p>"Unfortunately, your online application account has been temporarily suspended due to multiple login failures. You will be unable to login to your application until your account is reset. Click here to contact the support team to have your account reset."</p>
<p>I already contacted the support team but they haven't replied.</p>
<p>I'm applying early with the November 1st deadline (TOMORROW) and still have to wrap my app up. </p>

<p>I believe the Nov 1st deadline incorporates the day Nov 1st, meaning a minute or so after the stroke of midnight the 1st (not the 31st), times up as the due date has past. Of course, the sooner your problem is fixed and your application submitted the better.</p>
<p>If you and others verify this, I would do my utmost to get through to Common App Support Team to reset your password. Of course they are exceedingly busy right now, but I understand they do typically answer until the end. So keep trying to get through online with them.</p>
<p>In the interim, do everything possible to complete your application from memory offline so all you will ultimately need to do is copy and paste. Best effort, no grammatical and spelling errors , etc.</p>
<p>I hope others will verify this advice which I read from an Admission Dean on here. And write down your user name and password. I know this is a stressful time; stay focused. I believe you will succeed timewise with Common App support team contacting you.</p>

<p>Vanessa - just to clarify about the deadline - If a Common App member college posts a deadline of November 1st, that means you have until the <em>end</em> of November 1st to submit. The rule is that you need to submit at or before 11:59:59 pm on November 1st - in the college’s local time zone.</p>
