Urgent... Could you please chance me??

As most of you might know, I am currently a senior from a small private school and an avid high schooler who really, really wants to get into UW... but I have got some problems... This is why...

Type of Application: In-State Freshman (apparently not International, cause I recently got my Green card!)
Ethnicity: Asian
GPA: roughly 3.8 and it has been fluctuating since my freshman year...
SAT: My first time in January, I got 1560... but when I studied it over the summer I believe I got up to 1900 (perhaps could maximize to 2100, but that's highly improbable since the test is this coming saturday...)
ACT: Not taken yet, but I am going to take it soon... I have no idea what I have to get though...
Essay: I am stuck, but I want to write something about my leadership traits make me a good leader (i.e. nonconformity to a certain extent, realizing how much I have matured...)

But here might be my wild card(s):
My ECs are just freakin redongculous.
I have been playing for my school's String Ensemble for 5 years, Jazz Band for 2 years, a prestigious choir group for 3 years, and SWAT for 4 years (2 years were me being a leader). In addition to these musical groups, I also have participated in my school's sports.

For 4 years, I have played high school Varsity soccer. I have made second-team all league last year, and this year I might get first-team all state baby~! wink** Right now, I am the captain of my team.

I also have many volunteer hours... Perhaps one too many. I have been volunteering at a church everyday sunday, devoting my time to teaching second graders for nearly three years now, so perhaps more than 100 hours?? and I have also been a teacher's aide for my school for two years, perhaps accruing 50 hours or so, and for my Korean school, for 50 hours. I also have done some minor stuff here and there in my school, but I cannot recollect clearly at the moment... So basically, to sum all of this up, I am well-rounded as a volunteer and a ECs-man, but I do not know if this would cover up my SAT scores and GPA and my Essay... So please do critique me and do me (if you are a guy, no homo, and no pun intended). Please be frank. I might cry at your comments but I will still take the hit.

Would I be foine with a 1900 on my SAT though because that is my prediction score for the upcoming SAT test, which is on this saturday… gulp…

GPA: Great. No problems there.
SAT: a 400 point change? You gotta be kidding… But once you hit 1850, youre set.
ACT: not required, they only need one.

EC: You spent quite some time and effort. While most list clubs tht did nothing, you’ve got hard proof of work.

What else?
Your Major: CSE and medicine are highly competitive, but UW isn’t that hard to get into.
Your Courses: any APs? Even if you get Cs, attempting an AP schedule is much appreciated.
Your Essay: idk the prompt, but this is how they know YOU outside of school. Talk about passions, and less on education, but know how to tie them together eloquently.

Overall, your numbers are great. Idk what your courses are, but for the most part, you have a good chance of acceptance. If you take APs and get a SAT over 1900, its a near gaurantee.

What if I took AP Chem and AP Calc AB and both got twos… haha???

UW doesn’t care about your AP scores. There is no space on the application for it, as far as I know.

So I can say that I took AP Classes and not tell them the score??? Aw great!! haha thanks

They are able to see your AP scores, even if you don’t want them to. If you retook an AP test, they see both scores (Just like they will see that you scored a 1560 on your first SAT attempt). With that being said, it’s okay that you got a 2 on your tests. That still holds some weight when compared to students that didn’t take AP courses. As for the SAT score, you need to bump that up quite a bit. Practice tests can be deceiving if you take them in a lax environment so don’t be surprised if you get a lower score when presented with the intensity of the real test.
