Hey guys, so currently I'm stuck around the 2200 range (my last diag I scored 760 M 790 W and 680 CR for a total of 2230, but my superscore is 800 M 790 W and 690 CR for a 2280). I know its really a score not to be fussy about, but I really want to break the 2300 barrier and need to improve my Critical Reading.

Overall, I have never scored higher than 700 on Critical Reading and usually get most of my questions wrong on the passage-based reading. My last two breakdowns were 1 stupid vocab wrong and around 6-8 reading comprehension wrong. As you can see, my Math and Writing are pretty solid besides stupid mistakes in those as well, so reading comprehension is all that I need to improve as a last push.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to improve my reading comprehension and my CR score? I have gone through Notiaraperps "attacking" forum, Rocket Review Revolution, and Direct Hits 1 and 2 for vocab. Maybe I should go through these again, and I've also heard that Barron's Critical Reading Book and 2400 Book are really helpful in terms of improving Critical Reading.

Do you guys also have any suggestions in relation to strategies/approaches? Right now I read the passage slowly and understand it the first way through (main idea, underlining, etc), then refer back for specific questions. My reading score has improved since I switched to this approach because before I used to skim at first and then read in depth. I do not run out of time and am able to manage my time well.

Thank you so much for your suggestions in advance.
