<p>I'm trying to register for the CSS Profile but I'm having some trouble. I am from a single parent household and said parent works as a nanny (not part of a company or anything like that but works with a few families on a word-of-mouth basis). Does that count as self-employed? And would that be owning a business? I'm a little confused as to what to put.</p>
<p>If the families are doing it right, she’s a household employee, gets a W-2, and is neither self-employed nor a business owner.</p>
