So I took my Sats and have sent them already and they will be there on time. I took the Dec Acts for the first time and added Penn when I registered like they suggested on the website.

Penn requires Sat I and 2 Sat IIs OR Act w/ writing

1) Will the Dec Acts make it on time and be considered?

2) I'm panicking because I didn't take the Sat subject tests yet because I though I would use the Acts but now I'm paranoid the acts won't make it in time. Should I take the January Sat subject tests for the first time and send it to Penn when I register? Or should I not waste my money and just hope that the acts will suffice? Help! What do I do? The deadline for the Sat IIs are today, so I need some advice before midnight. Thank You!

Yes, I took the one with writing. But Should I take the sat II in January to accompany my Sat I? or will they disregard it because there are no subject tests? And are the december acts even going to make it? They take so long.

LOL yes I’m paranoid. I’m worried that that the the dec acts and the january sat II won’t make it in time and they can’t review my application because the scores are missing and uhhh everything will go wrong. Sigh. I really need to breathe.

Yea I know they accept the Dec Acts and Jan Sats II but they’re both my first times taking them so penn’ll get them around mid February. Will this put me at a disadvantage? And do I need to contact them that I’m taking them? I already put them on my common application.

But, should I inform them that I took the Dec Acts and will take the Sat IIs both for the first time? They probably won’t be available till Feb I think. Will this affect my application decision?

If it will, it’s not like there is anything you can do.

They clearly state that December ACTs are fine. Unless they decide that the rules clearly written on their webiste apply to everybody but you, let it go.

Thanks Guys! I feel better now. I visited Penn friday and it was absolutely the best experience I ever had. It made me want to go even more. I’ll be so depressed when I get that rejection letter in April haha.
