Dear Applicant,

You have successfully submitted your application for on-campus housing at the University of Pennsylvania by the priority May 1, 2009, deadline. All applicants who have submitted by the May 1 priority deadline will be able to view their 2009-2010 housing assignment on Campus Express after June 4, 2009. To view your assignment, log onto Campus Express ([Campus Express - Login](<a href=“Penn Campus Express”>http://campusexpress.upenn.edu/)) using your PennKey and password.

*Important note: A PennKey and password are required to log in to Campus Express. It is not the same as your login and password from Admissions. Your PIN to set up your PennKey and password will be mailed to you in late May from Penn Computing. If you lose your PIN, e-mail pennkey@isc.upenn.edu. If you have any questions regarding your PennKey, please direct them to Penn Computing. They offer a frequently asked questions list on their website:
[Welcome to PennKey](Home | PennKey Support).

Once logged into Campus Express, you can click on “My Housing” and then “View Future Housing Assignment”. You will then have to confirm/cancel this assignment by June 18, 2009, via the “Confirm/cancel housing assignment” link. Students who are coming to Penn must CONFIRM their assignment. Students who are no longer attending Penn this Fall must CANCEL their assignment. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied per the Occupancy Agreement (http://www.business-services.upenn.edu/housing/agreement0910.pdf).

You can also contact your roommates via Campus Express by clicking on “Lookup roommate(s)”. If you are assigned a multiple occupant room and do not see a roommate listed, check back periodically during the summer. Room assignments posted on Campus Express are final and a room change cannot be requested over the summer. There are
three room change periods during the academic year and information about specific dates will be posted on the Housing Services website closer to move-in, [Housing and Conference Services](Home | Penn Residential Services).
