Urgent early decision question!

I'm sure all of you ED applicants know that the deadline to turn everything is on Saturday. Well, I still haven't mailed out my ED agreement form because I wasn't able to convince my parents to sign it until last night. The only thing is, I already graduted from high school, am out of town, and can absolutely not get my counselor's signature! I've tried emailing the NYU admissions center and calling them today, but I haven't gotten a response.

Since I need to mail them TODAY, what should I do??

sign it yourself and/or call up your counselor seeking permission.

But she would NEVER let me do that and would probably call NYU and tell them that I might forge it just for asking. I'm thinking about attaching a paper explaining my situation, but it will seem like I'm making an excuse. Except there's really no way I could have gotten her signature, but I KNOW they're going to see it as an excuse anyway : /

I think you can mail the agreement after the date as long as you submit the application online by Saturday. I've heard stories of kids forgetting to send in their early decision agreements and NYU contacting them about it, and letting them fax it in.

EDITED: I saw this on the NYU admissions page --> Note: Because November 1st is a Saturday this year, we will process all applications submitted electronically or postmarked through Monday, November 3rd.

Just be sure the application is in by the date. I called NYU admissions last week to be sure they received everything and they said they have dd's application but wouldn't be able to tell us until this week what else they have received. I asked wouldn't next week be too late of something was missing? They said no, as long as applicaton is in.
So send it tomorrow!

the admissions office is likely still filing documents so you have time
