I'm an international student and I sent my first part of the application (teacher rec, school counselor, transcript etc) on wednesday and left the rest of the application to be submitted online.
Although my recommandations were sent by post I still had o complete the teacher forms with the names and e-mails of my teachers. Now theri status is incomplete. Does that mean that I should've done something and my appl is not considered??

Please help, I don't understand!!

No reason to despair. The exact same thing happened to me and I almost freaked out. But then I checked the status of my application on the actual college's website and they said they received it. For some reason commonapp doesn't acknowledge things done offline, I guess the colleges never bother to update that. Your best bet to be safe would be to either call the college or check if the college website has a "check your application online" link.

yeah but I can't check if they've received it because they don't have that option at Colgate. So the invitations for teacher rec have been send through e-mail although the teachers may have already submitted them?
Did you apply part by post and part online as well?
