Urgent-fatal error on CSS profile?

<p>I am double posting here and in Parents forum because I feel desperate.</p>

<p>I urgently need your help. I was filling in the CSS profile for D's ED school --due by Nov.15. I made a mistake on the form and wanted to begin again from the beginning but had a navigation problem getting back to top. So I deleted the profile --thinking I could start from scratch. Now when I try to get back in it says "you have already registered-click 'continue existing application' " When I do that it says" you deleted your profile, you cannot change it anymore".</p>

<p>So am I now banned from CSS forever? I could phone them but not until Monday and the completed form has to be submitted by Tuesday.</p>

<p>Call the CB...I was on the phone with them last night. We also sent a priority finaid date Profile....but no RD ones. It now dawns on me that the estimated one will need to go to the RD schools (if any) and I will be mailing the corrections to them. I wonder if I can just start a NEW one for DD. Did you try that?</p>

<p>When I go through D's homepage on CB it says "you are already registered" , so I don't see how I can register "new" because there would be the same name and SS# for the "new" versiojn of my D. It won't let me start a new profile because it claims I have an "existing one" then it says " existing one deleted , therfore you cannot change it now"</p>
