<p>Two years ago my son applied to the UCs and I believe on the last page, there is a box you can check if you want a fee waiver. If you meet the income requirements, they grant it on the spot.</p>
<p>In the application, you list your income. It will grant the fee waiver automatically if your income qualifies for it.</p>
<p>As an added note, UC will waive the fee for up to 4 campuses.</p>
