<p>you’re getting all worked up and over-looking for idioms. those words are perfectly fine. I suggest you memorize your idioms and stick to those words because you seem to have a problem identifying them</p>

<p>the first one is c because it should be “to work”
the second one is e because there’s nothing wrong with it. Think about it, the way you’re imagining it, you’re probably thinking of “concentrated on” in the sense that someone’s really focused on something.</p>
