URGENT Help Needed - Left Transcript Out of application!!

This is about graduate admissions (and I will post it there too) but this forum is more active and I need advice. I have applied to graduate school for Fall 2014. When I applied, I put in information about my previous schools attended, but accidentally left one out! I am a non-traditional student and had a attended a few schools so it was hard to keep track. This particular school, I had only attended for ONE class (online), which I ended up withdrawing from (marked as Withdraw-Failing because it was past the withdrawal date).

After submitted my graduate schools applications, I realized my mistake and emailed colleges telling them about the missing transcript. Surprisingly, most said not to worry about it since it was one class, unrelated to my major. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails, I did NOT get answers from all of my schools.

Flash forward to now, and one of the schools that I emailed (multiple times) has admitted me, and I have accepted my spot. Now I'm realizing they still have no idea about the missing school despite my repeated attempts to rectify it.

What do I do? I don't want to be kicked out later or have my degree revoked, but in my defense I didn't "conceal" my records, I accidentally left it out and have repeated emails attempting to add it back to my application.

Advice?

You need to ask THEM when they will need that transcript. Pick up the phone and call the Registrar’s Office about it.
