<p>I wanted to register for the October test when I discovered that the Collegeboard has a new regulation which requires you to upload a photo. So I found a photo to upload, yet whenever I click save image nothing is saved. If I were to click cancel, it would cancel. The image just doesn't get saved, I don't know why.</p>
<p>I would REALLY appreciate your help. Since this could be a technical issue, I am using Windows 7 and my web browser is Google Chrome. </p>
<p>You dont need to upload photo for october test. They have the option but you can just skip it. The photo upload is not mandatory till later this year.</p>
<p>What a coincidence! I just registered for SAT II Chemistry a couple of minutes ago and I had the same problem on the same operating system and web browser. Just give it a couple of tries and it should work eventually or click the “Save Image” button in different areas (even though its a pretty small button).</p>
<p>I had the same problem using the same browser and operating system! I think I switched to Opera (or IE, I can’t remember now), then I pressed around the “Save” button frantically multiple times and finally it did upload.</p>

I clicked around the “save image” button so many times on Chrome and no result. Same story with Firefox as well. I tried on Internet Explorer, and the browser became faulty and had to shut down. I then tried Safari, and it worked! I clicked the button like thrice, but I didn’t mind. So you guys saved me by telling me to switch browsers.</p>
<p>@bllbb6 I think the photo is mandatory for the October test. The website says you won’t be admitted to the test center if the ticket photo does not match your face. I’m an international however, so maybe things are different in the States.</p>
<p>I’ve been trying to finish my SAT registration for awhile now but every time I get to the upload photo part I get stuck. I click the button but only a blank page comes up with no further instructions. Please HELP I am under major distress with this process!!</p>
