<p>I am an international student from India.</p>
<p>I had registered for the SAT 28 Jan test but since i haven't got my passport i am unable to give my test!</p>
<p>Is it possible to change my test date at this late hour?
Also when i select change test date in my CB account i get</p>

<p>But when i click change my test date it goes on to the next screen saying 25$ required to change date and all that up to credit card details.</p>
<p>I am really confused what to do should i go for the payment go just let my 110$ go to waste please help me!</p>
