Urgent help

<p>please help me in this very important decision. I got accepted into both, Penn's engineering program (for class of 2013) and imperial college london (UK), and now I have to choose one of the two. I know Penn remains an ivy, but imperial is very strong in engineering. </p>

<p>If u were in my shoes were would you go to?
ps. why the hell doesnt penn offer a course in civil engineering????</p>

<p>I got into both and chose Penn. It was not a hard choice since UK unis don’t give a lot of finaid to internationals, plus I think Penn has greater prestige in the US and overall.</p>
