<p>I took the TOEFL last year, and I need to send my score to UC Berkeley. However, I am not sure how I can pay. I don't want to pay via VISA, because I would have to indicate my card number on a form and fax it. That's far too insecure!
How can I pay by a money order? Anybody has experience? This ETS is really dumb.</p>

If you want to use a check or a money order, you have to mail your score report request form (if time permits...).</p>

<p>Well, I would simply give them my credit card number... They probably get dozens of credit card numbers by fax each day, so they won't really care about or abuse yours in particular. And I am confident that they either store the fax orders in a safe place or destroy them so that no one else gets access to your card number.</p>
