URGENT How to submit common app art supplement to dartmouth?

I don't know how to submit the common app art supplement to dartmouth. In the Future Plans section, there was never an option to say "yes" to the common app art supplement. I was planning on printing out the "print preview" and snail mailing it but I just realized it has a big "preview" watermark all over the art supplement. How did you guys submit your common app art supplement?

Addition:
in general, how do you submit the common app art supplement to a college who doesn’t ask for it? (AKA the college’s future plans section doesn’t ask about the common app art supplement)

I have been having a lot of trouble finding out how to send supplemental materials to many of my schools because they simply don’t have clear instructions anymore! The answers I find on College Confidential are 2-3 years old, and in most cases they’re already outdated! Anyone else with this problem?

Regarding Dartmouth: I am also submitting an arts supplement for Dartmouth, and they have instructions as to what to send on their website. For example, for theatre they request a DVD of less than 5 minutes and a case book for directors. It’s in the FAQ on the theatre department website, and I think they also have a page of more general information. I’m going to send my supplement by snail mail, not using the Common App Arts Supplement but just attaching a cover letter which explains what’s enclosed.

Regarding schools more generally: I had this problem also and it was really frustrating! I wanted to send supplements to almost all of the schools I’m applying to. If the school didn’t have clear instructions listed on the website, I emailed the head of the theatre department and asked them what they preferred in terms of a supplement. Almost all of them replied back with specific instructions and seemed genuinely excited to hear I was applying and submitting a supplement. It’s a good way to find out the information you need and make a contact at the same time.

Thank you yourlove! I submitted a 5 minute DVD of my dance supplement and attached my resume and letter of recommendation to my cover letter, and snailmailed the whole thing. It should be ok. (:
