<p>I had this problem with students I advise. CALL College Board (there are 2 diff. numbers right on the IDOC part of their site somewhere) and if you can give your name and/or SSN and/or DOB, you can get your IDOC ID #. I think that also when you find the IDOC sign in you can get thru to yours with SSN and DOB. College Board was very helpful and they can solve this problem for you–but try to find the sign in. It was quirky, I had to try several times with the correct #'s but I got what I needed.</p>
<p>Well, YES, you do have to submit your CSS Profile first, that’s how their system knows if you need to do an IDOC or not. The IDOC info verifies what you have put in the Profile–tax info, etc.</p>
