<Urgent>International Students Chances?

UW has been my dream school for a long time.. I came to America as a Junior and I'm now a senior out of state
Grades: Junior
Physics A A
AP Chemistry B A
English B A
Pre-calculus A A
Speech A /
ESL B B (to be honest, the ESL teacher is the worst teacher I've ever seen, he literally teaches me middle school stuff and don't allow me to speak my native language to my buddies, ok I respect that , so I didn't even talk during his class and he still give me LOW score for penalty (EVERY TIME we speak languages other than ENGLISH, 10 points off. SO I didn't even talk, I STILL GET POINTS OFF!)

Senior Course Load:
AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
AP European History
AP Gov
Senior English
Economics (Gosh I finally talked to principle and got rid of ESL)

GPA: Because that stupid ESL class (which was considered as core class(How funny was that ?))
My GPA was 3.68 Uw/ 4.1 Weighted for my junior year. (ESL ruined my grades)
my transcript also provides the first quarter grades of senior year, I don't know if this would help
Quarter one
AP Cal B
AP BIO A
AP Euro A
AP Gov A
Senior English A
Economics A
Unweighted 3.83 Weighted 4.6

Rank #3
SAT 1940 (600+740+600)
TOEFL 101
Would my Junior GPA ruin my chance?
I really LOVE UW Seattle.
Will my first quarter grades of senior year help? or Admission don't even look at it?

Since you are out of state and international, you have a fantastic chance of getting in. Being an in-state student applying to the UW now is very difficult as the school is struggling to pay its fees in some departments. Therefore, they would love to have more out of states students paying more money. You have all the qualifications of being a UW student. They particularly look at GPA as it is a huge institution and look for the taking of advanced classes, which you have. I would say you have an at least 75% chance of getting in and it is at least a match for you.

Thanks for your reply! I really appreciate this. I have one more question, Since My counselor handwritten down my First quarter grades of my senior year on my transcript which I upload to UW, will they consider those? and do they look at ESL class? since without ESL, my junior year GPA would be 3.8

If you are an international student, I am sure they will look at it to make sure it is satisfactory. They will look at first quarter grades of senior year. Whatever you have submitted is what they will see on your application file.
