URGENT: IS IT TOO LATE TO SEND SCORE TO UCs?

i just went on collegeboard and found out that the last dates
most UCs accept Sat scores was december 31.

i thought i had to wait until my full score report became avaliable
to send scores, but i guess i was wrong.

so, back to my question, is it too late to send scores to UCs?

I would say send them ASAP aka now. If you've already applied then not sendign them would be a total waste.

Either send them immediately or immediately contact the UC's you've applied to.

Or do them both, lol. Unless there are significant financial considerations (which is almost certainly not the case?) you might as well send your scores now.

should i rush them or is it okay to send them regularly?

send them regularly

never rush reports... NEVER... unless, of coarse, the college asks you to

why's that?

The UC's want the reports by the end of Jan. It is on the application website and the UCD admission person who frequents cc UC board has said the same thing. Most of the campuses receive them electronically so they receive them very quickly after the request is processed. I believe many schools who receive electronic results do not look at priority or rush reports. Get on it and make those requests now!

they hate rushed reports

Oh, god, I sent a priority report for my ACT to one of my schools; what's going to happen? I never knew that they were such a bad thing. =/

and why do they hate it?
who said

Rush reports actually take longer to process.

If a college receives their ACT by electronic processing, which most of the UC's do, they receive it the same time you can see your score report online. If they receive it by paper or CD, it takes a bit longer depending on the cycling of score sending.
