<p>Once a recommender has submitted a letter on the Common App, can the teacher update the letter so that the next school to which I am submitting my app will get a different letter?</p>
<p>They probably COULD. But it is sort of imposing on your recommender to ask them to do multiple versions without a really good reason…</p>
<p>Thank you for your help! My teacher is actually the one who wants to do that which is why I was asking because I don’t want him to submit a letter that is for a specific school and then have it go to all schools. </p>
