<p>I’m not sure about this, but i’ll give it a shot.
For 18, i think you have to find the interior angle,since it’s going to be a regular polygon. the interior angle is 360-200, you get 200 from the 2 top 100 degrees angles. which leaves you with 160. Since all the interior angles are equal so 160x=180(x-2), so that becomes:
160x= 180x-360.
Solve for x and you get 18 sides.
Again this isn’t for sure, maybe someone better at math can help you.</p>

<p>They tell you that line L passes through (-1,-6) and the VERTEX of y=-2(x-1)^2+2
They made it easy for you, they gave you the line in vertex form y= a(x-h)^2+k, where h is the x coordinate and k is the y coordinate. H= 1 in this situation, and k =2.
You get the slope for that y2-y1/x2-x1 = -8/-2 = slope of 4.</p>
<p>Line k is parrallel so you need a slope of 4 for the answers they give you. Answer A gives r+1 and s+4 which is a slope of 4. Answer is A.</p>
