Urgent Michigan State Application Question

<li><p>Under "Educational Institutions Attended," should I fill it out as if I have graduated, with my graduation date entered and diploma selected for "degree earned," or should I only enter in the date I started high school? I'm a senior.</p></li>
<li><p>What do the "subject code" and "course number" options mean under "Current Courses?" Is this only for college courses in progress?</p></li>
</ol>

<p>Thanks. Gotta submit the application by Monday, and the Office of Admissions is closed until then.</p>

with Michigan this is wht I did:
Dates attending you will say 9/2007 to 6/2011 and graduation date, fill that in with the exact date; degree: DP (degree pending) major : academics.
re: FOR CURRENT SUBJECTS…subject code and course number I left that blank. just fill in Title of course. EX. Calculus AP and 5 credits for a whole year and 2.5 for half of year (according my my guidance counselor)</p>
