I got an email from UT about 2 weeks ago saying they wanted to review important information with me and to log in to MyStatus. I logged in and I found out I got in. I tried to check again today after 2 weeks cause I needed some cheering up and found out that I had forgotten my username and password. Well, I have 3 UT EIDs cause I’ve needed them for various reasons such as class assignments, etc. I’ve wanted to combine them for the longest time. So I retrieve my UT EID which I’m not even sure is the one I used for the application and log in. And on MyStatus, I see this message: We don’t have an application on file for you. And I’m like “Ok. Let me try to see if they can retrieve one of my other EIDs.” I enter my information again leaving out a few parts and it still only shows one! I’ve logged on repeatedly and yet it still says the same message. I’m freaking out! I love UT and I was really happy that I got in but maybe I didn’t?
Call/email the admissions office and find out.
