Urgent!!! Need help.

Ok so I have submitted my app to USC for the 12/1 deadline, but I did not know that there were forms to download and send in by fax. I have already sent a transcript and three recommendations from school (two teacher and one counselor) without using the forms to download. Am I in huge trouble?

I see that the forms to download is specific to me and has my USC ID on it. Do I HAVE to send in all required forms (secondary report, SAT/ACT score report, and transcripts) using the three forms? If I do, is the deadline for these 12/1 as well?

Don't worry, your part of the application is submitted on time. You have no control over when recs, transcripts etc are forwarded and some teachers delay so those forms do not necessarily need to be in by the deadline. The earlier the better though. I suggest you call admissions tomorrow ( (213) 740 1111) and explain what happened. You may have to resend with the proper forms.

Oh ok, so the forms do not have to be faxed in by 12/1? And all the forms do not have to be sent in one fax transmission?

And thanks, I'll call admissions.

Oh and I took college classes that are not on my high school transcript. Do I have to send a transcript from my community college as well?

Unless you are not happy with your community college grades, definitely send in a transcript from your community college.

I'm wondering about this too. The forms seem kind of redundant and pointless, but could you post what they respond GPAx213 if you call tomorrow?

If my community college courses ARE on my high school transcript, do I still have to have the CC send in an official transcript? thanks

peaceofcake, that is what i'm doing, it only makes sense and my high school reports the CC classes with the High School title such as Spanish 2 instead of Spanish 212, or even sometimes with a title that doesn't describe the course, the CC transcript shows the right course names and your college GPA as well...
