I have a fee waiver and I ticked in the fee waiver option in common app. But Howard doesn’t accept fee waiver and I am ok to pay but after I click sumbit button, I don’t see payment option. I just directly see last part of signature. So how do I pay to apply to howard? Do I change settings to no fee waiver and pay then change the settings back to having a fee waiver or I should pay to howard after submitting through their own system?
