<p>Unless I get unexpected news on Friday, I will be enrolling at Michigan in all likelihood. </p>
<p>To those who've already paid the deposit: in what form can my deposit be paid? As an international, I don't have a US checking/banking account and I fear that international mail might take too long to be sent and processed (I'd like to complete my housing application well in time to secure a spot in Honors housing). As such, does anyone know if it would be possible to pay by credit card or some other convenient online form?</p>
<p>Also, after the deposit is paid and processed, how long will it be till I recieve my Michigan email and the online housing application?</p>

<p>Hi there. I can’t remember how, but I believe I paid online last year – but maybe I am dreaming. Check with the school. If you can’t, then just fedex the check to make sure it gets there before the May 1 deadline, and then call to confirm they’ve received it.</p>

<p>I believe you can pay by credit card on wolverine access. That’s how I did it.</p>

<p>We paid ours online with an electronic check. I don’t recall seeing a credit card option, but I could be wrong.</p>
<p>How exactly does the electronic check option work? Will I need a US checking/banking account and if so, should it be any particular variety of bank account?</p>
