<p>Currently stuck between pursuing medical and pharmaceutical careers. If I did medical, I would likely become a pediatrician or an optometrist, whereas if I followed pharmacy I would likely go into research, as retail is too risky for me. I also know that medical school differs from optometry school, and if anyone can shed some light on that, much would be obliged. If anyone can give me information as to what track to follow (How do I pursue each of these careers/Different options - 0-6 Programs v. 2+4 Year Programs v. 4-Year Undergrad, 4-Year Professional), it would be greatly appreciated. I'd also like to know what schools I might consider based on my stats, which are listed below.</p>
<p>ACT: 33 One Sitting (33 English, 33 Math, 36 Reading, 30 Science; 9 Essay - 31 Writing Composite)</p>
<p>SAT II's: Chemistry (770) Physics (750), just took Math II (looked at raw scores, scored between 750 and 800)</p>
<p>GPA: 3.5 Unweighted, 4.2 Weighted (5.3 Scale, didn't do well at all frosh/soph years - accelerated/unweighted classes)</p>
<p>Percentile: Top 25% (Low due to poor performances frosh/soph years ^)</p>
<p>AP: Chemistry (4), English Lang (5)</p>
