urgent ....PLEASE HELP

<p>ok so this might be pretty confusing but please bare with me.. im a senior in h.s right now and will be graduating this june ive always wanted to attend fsu in florida. my trhing is that i live in another state and ive been looking at the out of state tuition and its way to much so what ive been thinking is that maybe i can go down to tallahassee go to a cc over there while i get my residency get a job,an apt,license and everything else i might need to show that i am i resident over there,while my first year i would go to tcc and then transfer to fsu hopefully with in state tuition then. my thing is i will completely be living on my own (my mom is waiting for me to turn 18(oct 5th) and get out the house and figure things out on my own she already has said she WILL NOT help me in any way or form that im on my own) i have some money i get when i turn 18 around 19,000, i know in reality thats not alot of money but i guess its a start for something. so my question is ...</p>

<p>can i go to a cc in florida while im getting my residency stuff and everything or do i have to miss a whole year of college while i get my residency then apply(i really dont want to miss a year)</p>

<p>Why FSU? In what state are you a resident? What are you planning on majoring in? Goals after college?</p>

<p>Have you checked the FL resident laws to see how long you must live there to become a resident?</p>

<p>Do you know for sure the Community College credits would fully transfer to FSU?</p>

<p>Just a few more questions you need to consider.</p>

<p>P.S. Try not to use so many run-on sentences–professors don’t like it. haha.</p>
