Urgent, please help!

<p>Hey,</p>

<p>I just went on the Berkley website and it says the deadline for applications is July 31st. I want to apply to Berkley in the semester that starts in september I think? Isn't this odd that common applications start on August 1st and Berkley applications are finished before almost all other universities of the same level start such as Harvard etc. DOES THAT MEAN I ONLY HAVE 4 DAYS LEFT to fill out the Berkley application?</p>
