<p>hai, everyone, i am an international. i knew before international students apply to CMU, they are required to submit the pre app form to prove ur able to afford the education at CMU. I am shocked when i checked their website cos it clearly states that the deadline to submit the form was 1st november. Is it just an "early" date?? Does it mean i cannot apply to Cmu anymore??</p>
<p>i'm pretty sure you should call them. most likely you should be fine because cmu's busy with early decision applications anyways. i applied for financial aid like in late march cuz I forgot a form and I was fine. deadlines are just to make sure most of the people get in their information on time. except some important deadlines, like college application, is the strict law. you should call either way.</p>
