Urgent question about Billing Statement

I received my billing statement about 2 weeks ago but didn't bother to take a close look at it until now... I received FAFSA aid (Federal Work-Study program) so I was expecting to pay the difference between my aid and full tuition... However the statement contains nothing about my work-study aid and just lists the full tuition amount that I am expected to pay. I called up the school today but couldn't get in touch with a financial aid counselor so had to leave a message. I am getting pretty worried because the deadline is pretty near and it might take a while to hear a response from the school.

So my question is is my work-study aid supposed to show up on the billing statement? And should I just subtract how much I'm getting (according to award letter) and pay the rest?

Thanks guys!

I'm fairly certain the Financial Aid voicemail message says that they'll get back to you within 24 or 48 hours. They really are the best people to answer this question.

Work-study doesn't show up on the billing statement. You can subtract all the other financial aid awards you get, but not work study, because according to the finaid website, students receive pay for hours actually worked (either in the mail or direct deposit to your personal bank account). I haven't received my billing statement in the mail actually, so I had to rely on ISIS, so yours is probably there too. They've taken the liberty of subtracting my financial aid awards from the cost of attendance for the semester, so the amount you can see at the bottom is the amount you're expected to pay.
