<p>However, no matter what FAFSA and any EFC calculator might tell you, the actual awards from schools may not jibe AT ALL!! I did ours last year, and everywhere I calculated, including FAFSA said that our contribution would be around 9-10k. Actual Family Contribution that school asked for this year was about 3-4k higher. I am wondering what will be the outcome for next year...</p>
