URGENT question about FAFSA

Hi, so I need to submit my FAFSA forms to all my colleges (around 15).

but when I try to file them, it only allows me to add 6 colleges!!
does anyone else have this problem?

would I just file multiple FAFSA forms (like 3 for all my colleges?)
or is there some way to add more than 6 colleges?

thx

yea unfortunately i have the same problem too. if anyone knows, please reply. thank you

I suggest you ask this on the Parent Forum - I know it has been discussed there...I don't know the answer..

FAFSA-Addiing additional schools

I will try to explain what they told me...I had to call during week...they said once your six are sent the FAFSA form-I had to wait for a confirmation email--you go back to the FAFSA site, check the SAR(Student Aid Report)and see confirmation as Transaction#1-submitted Fafsa-and the list of schools. You want to set up Transaction#2 and to do so you add additional schools by selecting the icon marked "EDIT" next to the school name...which then drops that name of the school and lets you put in a new name. There is no limit as to the number of schools you can send a FAFSA to...or you can call the school's financial aide office, give them your childs DRN(Data Release Number-they send that with the confirmation) If you have not already done so...be sure to get a pin number for both student and parent. I hope I have expalined this correctly.Questions-call FAFSA at 800-FED-AID. Good Luck!

wait, there are two pin numbers that we need? I just got the email confirmation thing and there's a link to get 1 pin number

can anyone clarify or elaborate on this?

One of your parents needs one as well.

pin numbers don't take that long- usually you will get the email the day after
