URGENT Question about my Secondary School/Dean's Report

Hello CC,

You see, my counselor was facing certain technical difficulties with the Common App. Somehow, the problem was solved and the school report and international report were sent to Harvard yesterday. The common app showed me the "submitted" signal for about the whole of yesterday. Today, the signal had changed to "downloaded by college". I then checked my application status and it still says that the documents are "not received". The deadline is 8:00 p.m. today (Thursday 24/01/2013). I submitted my documents yesterday morning. I am now worried that I may face consequences because my documents are "not received". What should I do? Another thing is that everyone is required to submit two recommendation letters, I submitted mine on different dates. My application status says that the letters have been received but shows only ONE date beside "Recommendation Letters".

Thank you in Advance. :)

Regarding Recs, it might just show the date that both of them were updated to your tracker by Harvard.
About the School Report, I dont really know much to help you. Sorry. :)

Regarding the recommendations, I submitted one on the fifth of January and the other on the 20th of January. The date shown is the 10th of January…

maybe they’ll upload it later. As in, it will get updated later. Wait till 1 Feb, and then contact H’s admissions office . Thats my opinion.

The application status doesn’t update frequently. Even though I submitted on January 1st, and the common app said it was downloaded on 2nd, the application status wasn’t updated until the 7th.

Thank you guys.
