Urgent question about school forms!

I am an international A-level student who wants to apply to some of the most compettive universities such as Johns Hopkins. The problem is I appeared for my four AS level exam in may and two more in november.

My school is crazy so they are like we won't enter your transcript eleventh year grades until jan 23rd when the AS results comes out for those two. But till than the transcript will only contain the ninth and o level results. While my o level results were decent my ninth year (like all my classmates) was disastrous.

I was wondering will the colleges still consider my application if I send everything else including the teacher evaluations who promised me to explain my situation.

You should be sending all the information as it becomes available anyway. If you have a specific question about the timelines (which I would think most schools would have dealt with before) ASK the school! It doesn’t make you look bad to contact a school. Some colleges actually keep a record of contacts with students and see it as a good thing.
