Urgent question about "School Forms"

The symbol next to the school forms section for my UPenn app has not turned into a green triangle (meaning completed, as opposed to the yellow square meaning in progress), despite me having uploaded two letters of recommendation and adding my counselor's information (she submits paper forms).
It is not an issue with my counselor submitting paper forms because two of my other schools are lit up green.
I am applying early decision to University of Pennsylvania, so could it be that they have not yet received my Early Decision Agreement form?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I would guess that that is what it is

I agree, it seems like it should be green. My ED school didn’t turn green when I thought it should. After hunting for the problem I figured out that I had submitted the supplement but not the actual app. Is there a supplement you haven’t submitted maybe? Did you go to the signature section and complete and submit from there?

@griffen
I submitted my application for sure - it does not show up in the signature section anymore.

On a side note -
how long does it generally take to process an application? Do they wait for everything to be sent in before sending you an e-mail with a link to their college’s admissions portal?

One more thing:
I accidentally designated National Honor Society as a National level, not School level, honor. Is that going to hurt me in any way?

I believe it depends on the school. I haven’t sent my common app to any schools yet, but I’ve submitted some of the supplements, and for one of those schools I received an email about the admissions portal, but not the other schools
