URGENT Question about Self Reporting Scores on Common App

<p>Ok so I took the ACT and the SAT three times each.
The last two times were better than the first for both tests, and I only listed two test dates per test on common app.
Should I make a second version of common app to report the 3rd test date for each?
Does common app even require you to list ALL test dates?
I heard from someone that they wanted all of them, but I honestly did not know. I figured, since I won't even be reporting the scores from that 3rd test date (unless the school requires all scores), I wouldn't even list it.</p>

<p>The common app says that it only wants your “best scores” so only report the other ones if a school specifically requires it.</p>
