Actually I am a fall 2011 applicant of UCLA, I just checked another decision thread about UCLA and tried to register for URSA account. It was successful. Can someone tell me what kind of text shown will be a good sign? I can only see class registration, financial aid and something else. There is no info on accept/decline your offer. Thx!

This doesn’t sound like an urgent question about URSA registration.

I think it probably means you were accepted, but don’t quote me on it. URSA is only for students though (it’s what we register for classes and pay tuition on among other things) which leads me to believe you were most likely accepted.

@ThisCouldBeHeavn: I am also worried that if I registered URSA before decisions come out, will I be penalized cuz URSA is only for admitted applicants?

Did you register with the no ID method? I’ve started the URSA like 3 times but always freak out thinking I’ll have issues later on

I registered using UC application id

So I finally went through with it (scary) and tried to click check enrollment. It said I didn’t have access :/

@Laurennn123: I am too worried about decisions now. After a research, I found out admitted students should finally use UC id(which is different from UC app id) to register Logon.
also, is there any difference between registering using UC app id and without ID?

There was a line on the registration
Newly admitted students
If you do not know your 9-digit UCLA ID number, use your 7-digit Application ID Number in its place.

Nah, anybody can get an URSA account to sign up for summer classes.

I already have an URSA account because I took a summer class at UCLA. If I can still log in, does that mean I’m in?! :/

@Laurennn123 How did you check your enrollment?

No .

“view registration status” and then there’s the first “enrollment status” paw thing and when I choose Fall 2011, nothing

Dang, all I got was:

* Select another term. Term selected is not activated.

:(((((((

Is that what it said on yours?

The decisions probably aren’t going to come out for another 10 days. Quit worrying about it, and don’t read anything into what URSA says now.

You’ve waited this long… it’s just a few more days. Try to enjoy what time you have left in high school.

You’re right :] Sorry, I’m just super excited/nervous!

oh god, you sound like my mother (:

but, on the note of whether we’ll get in trouble for early activation, I looked around to the threads of CC’s past and no student has reported having issues with activating URSA too soon :D

waiting a few more days is like waiting forever, why can’t they tell me NOW !!!

@ ilovecoke…

Did you get in???
