urgent Question - am I eligible to apply for UC?

<p>-I'm a California resident (lived here since I was born)
-I spent my freshman year (08-09) at the University of Minnesota (U of M)</p>

<p>I began as a sophomore this fall at Fresno City College (a community college in central California) and am looking to transfer to a UC. So far I have all A's at the CC, but my freshman year GPA (at U of M) was 2.9</p>

<p>Am I still eligible to apply for UC? I know the deadline is Monday.</p>

<p>I'm hoping I can apply for UCSC....please tell me if I'm eligible (and also an estimation of my chances?).</p>

<p>well if you have at least 60 semester (90 quarter) units then yeah, though it’d help if you completed the IGETC required courses (not sure if that’s a requirement but i know it really really helps)</p>
