Urgent question in regards to when to send which parts of my application

<p>Just a quick question: can an additional/supplementary recommendation be the first thing a university receives from me? (before the Common App or test scores even)</p>

<p>I'm asking this because supplementary recommendations occupy a rather special place - the university can't confirm the receipt etc.</p>

<p>The quicker you answer the better (there is a reason and it's rather complicated). Many thanks in advance!</p>

<p>Yes, I sent in my transcript in a week before I submit application, and once I submit, I can see my transcript checked in my status. I believe it should apply to most of the colleges.</p>
