hey guys

on the cornell website, it says that if you are international, then you must submite
1. part 1 A educational back ground (submit with the common app if possible)
2.part 2F report on english proficienty
3. part 2S international financial aid application

what is part 1A? where can i get it?

and same question abt 2F and 2S

thanks!

wait... wuts the report on english proficiency? Is that the letter from our english teacher or is it some separate form?

i'm guessing english proficiency is for international students.

I'm an international student; I applied ED and got in. I can't remember anything about the 'educational background' part - I think it just means your high school transcripts. I sent in my school grades from grades 9 - 12 and O level and A level certificates.

For english proficiency, any english speaking teacher (not necessarily an English teacher) can mention that you are proficient in the English Language in his/her recommendation (just one line about it somewhere is enough). You do not have to send in a seperate form or letter for this.
