someone clarify plz what sending scores is
i know what it is but do juniors have to do it?
im planning on applying for ivies like Stanford and i heard Stanford needs all the test scores sent to them
so does that mean when i register for SAT, i need to put Stanford as my recipient?
i don get the whole sending the score thing
help PLZ

Stanford is not an ivy........
If there is a chance you might not do well for whatever reason, don't send your scores. You can send them later if you want to. That's what I did and I'm fine. So, no, you do not need to put Stanford as your recipient.

Took tests early in jr year, sent scores to schools that didn't end up applying to. Sent them to the right schools later. Doesn't make any difference.

how do you send the scores
do you send it through mail?

You pay the College Board to send them. They will send them to a certain number of schools free when you take the test. If you need to send them later it costs you. If you take the test again and you send those to the colleges at that time, they will send all of the previous scores. If you go to the SAT or ACT website you will find all the information you need.
