Either call or student.questions@yale.edu. I know at least one of the functions of apply.questions is an “online mailroom”, so your question may have been lost amongst people sending in info after the deadline (I sent a correction when my activities got cut off and to note that one of my recs was supplementary). I’ve had at least 2 questions answered through student.questions, and they were pretty prompt (1-2 days, resend the question if no response).

I feel sorry for you, especially if your question was urgent. I can’t believe they haven’t replied in a month. Harvard took like 15 days to a question I had and I thought that was long. My brother has emailed Stanford multiple times and they usually reply in 1-3 days.

pkm: Did the admissions office tell you to send it to apply.questions? I sent it to my regional admissions officer. The officer said there weren’t problems so far in his reading?

@leo…: it wasn’t really a big deal. I was just updating a small mistake in one of my subjects, I put it down as an A Level but it was really an AS Level, which is half as good. My school report will obviously not have made the same mistake so I’m not worried, but just didn’t want them to think I was trying to hoodwink them if they noticed it. which they probably won’t. That said, I might resend it now. In fact, I think I will…
