Urgent question!

Now that I have you attention.
Does Stanford require all applicants to submit SAT II scores and if so how many. And do they accept the ACT score.

You really don't need CC for this "urgent" question...consider this a gift!

<a href="http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/applying/1_8_faqs.html#requirements%5B/url%5D">http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/applying/1_8_faqs.html#requirements</a></p>

What standardized tests are required?
We require either the SAT Reasoning Test or the ACT, and we strongly recommend that students taking the new SAT also take two SAT Subject Tests. We recommend Math Level 2 as one of these tests; the other test can be in any subject of your choosing. For those students submitting scores only from the old SAT, we strongly recommend three SAT Subject Tests, one of which should be Math Level 2, or the former Math IIC. We also recommend that international students for whom English is not their first language submit TOEFL scores if the SAT Critical Reading or the ACT does not accurately reflect their English skill level. Regarding waivers for test fees, check out this information from SAT and ACT and ask your high school counselor if you qualify for one.

yeah, it's a little off-putting to see "urgent question -- now that i have your attention." really urgent questions should be directed straight to the admissions office.
