<p>I think the answer to that question is no…and if you do, they will likely hold that against you…but you can ping the college boards or call their 800 number and ask them. Frankly, your MOST important factor in transfering is your grades at your present college. If you have done very well, then that is proof you can handle the maturity and freedom and pressures.</p>
