<p>If a teacher is writing a separate recommendation letter, do they have to fill out all the spaces provided on the actual application form? Or do they just substitute the letter for all that? I need to know because I want to hand out my stuff before the weekend. (I'm handing out new stuff cuz I, believe it or not, spelled my middle name wrong on the old stuff).</p>
<p>Well, my counselor just placed "see letter" on the Stanford recommendation paper, so that will work too. congrats on getting started on your app =) lol</p>
<p>They don't have to fill out the form (most teachers dont, since they write one letter that is sent to all the schools you are applying to), but they should still attach their letter to the form, since it has all your info.</p>
<p>If you spelled your middle name wrong, you should not be applying to Stanford in the first place. LOL!</p>
