I got rejected to all the UC/CSUs I applied to besides San Jose. I have a 3.6 GPA. San Jose also accepted me for the school of engineering, but I have no clue how the school is. I've heard many opinions from "it has a really good engineering program" to "all the teachers suck". I'm really stuck at a split-road. My school district has an agreement with UCI if I attend Rio Hondo for two year there's a guarantee transfer. But, I like the idea of internships from SJSU being in Silicon Valley

California community college system is very strained right now. if it was me I would go with sjsu.it is difficult to get classes an budget cuts are taking away a lot of resources. your district’s may be better but it is tough times throughout the state.

It’s already bad getting classes at cal states (I go to CSULA), so it’s probably worse at community colleges. I’d go for SJSU. Although, I hope that agreement means just simply two years, not two years worth of credits? Then I’d go thru the community route because that would be a sweet deal lol
