URGENT: SAT II U.S.History Retake?

Hi, I am a high school senior in Canada.
I am in an urgent situation, and I need all your help.
I had two issues with CollegeBoard regarding SAT II tests:

November U.S.History:

First of all, the test center was not so properly run (taped cardboard dividers, bad instructor who didn't really go through all the process, etc.)

My score was delayed, but I waited until my December test date. Didn't come.

It was my first time taking it.

December French:

The night before the test, I got an email in my junk mailbox claimed to be from ETS saying I should not report to any test center tomorrow.

The fact that it came as a junk mail made it seem fraudulent, so I went and took the test because I was pre-registered anyways.

I had to make several upsetting calls with CollegeBoard the night before and the morning of the test day to clarify the situation. No clear responses were given, so the calls only confused me with the legitimacy of the email and interfered with the stability of emotion I needed to take the test.

The score is delayed right now.

It was my second time taking it.

So the BIG problem is,
I got back my November test few days ago. But STILL not the December test.
It was a horrible score that is very low for the schools I am applying to (high 500s.)
I want to retake it in January, but I am not sure.
It only affects two (Columbia and Princeton) out of eight schools.

What should I do?

P.S: Keep in mind it is almost 10pm, December 29th right now and the registration for January tests are by December 30th. HELP ME!
