URGENT SAT registration help?

Firstly, I am an international applicant (in case that changes anything). So I took the SAT I in November, and got a score I am disappointed with. I have already booked the Physics and Maths SAT II for December, however now that I am disappointed with my SAT I score, I want to re-take it. I don't want to take it in January though, because the colleges state that I have to put the schools I want my scores sent to BEFORE I take the January SAT, which I don't want to do in case I do worse in January than I did in November.

Therefore, is it possible for me to somehow take the SAT I in December (even though I am currently booked in for two SAT II's in December) and then book my SAT II's again for January.

I know you cannot TAKE a SAT I and SAT II on the same date, but is it possible to book my SAT I so it clashes date-wise, but then I simply re-take the SAT I in December?

Also, last time I took a test, someone told me that you can just turn up on the day and take a test, even if online it says the test centre is full and/or you haven't booked an exam. Is this true? Because if this is then surely I can just turn up on the day and ask to do the SAT I instead.

Thanks in advance

Yes, you can actually just show up on any test center on the test day and they will allow you to take the exam IF there are seats available. In your case, however, it would be a very unwise choice.
What you should do is go to your assigned test center with your admission ticket (for the Subject test) and a valid ID and tell them you want to take the Reasoning test instead. This way you will be admited before the standbys (that is, seat availability won’t be an issue) and will also save your $75 registration fee, which you would be billed again if you just showed up without your ticket proving you already registered (even if for another test). There is, however, a $22 fee for changing test type which will be later billed to you (you cannot pay on the test center), but it’s still much cheaper than the registration fee. Hope this helps!
